Introducing the New Damascus project
Located west of Damascus near the Mezzeh district, the New Damascus project will be a fully integrated city designed to bring homes, green spaces, essential services and everyday experiences together in one connected destination.
The four million square metre development will include 11,000 homes alongside hospitality, education, healthcare, offices, retail, commercial space, parks and recreational areas. At its heart will be a 700,000 square metre landscaped public park.
The planned residential mix includes apartments, villas, townhouses and branded residences.
